QuickBot End User License Agreement

1. Operator and scope

This agreement governs use of QuickBot, an internal business application operated by TWE Technology Solutions, also identified publicly as TWE Solutions ("TWE," "we," or "us"). QuickBot is for authorized personnel working on TWE's business records. It is not a public consumer service or a license to access other organizations' accounts.

By using QuickBot, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application and contact your TWE administrator. Access also remains subject to applicable employment, confidentiality, security, and other binding agreements; these terms do not replace those agreements or waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

2. Limited permission to use

TWE grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable permission to use QuickBot solely for authorized internal business purposes while your access remains approved. No ownership of QuickBot, its software, or third-party intellectual property is transferred. Business records remain subject to their existing ownership and confidentiality obligations.

3. Authorized access and acceptable use

Use only your assigned identity and permissions. Connect a QuickBooks Online or Autotask account only if authorized to do so. Protect confidential information and report suspected misuse to TWE. Do not share sessions or credentials, bypass access controls, access records without authorization, disrupt the service, or use information for unrelated personal, advertising, or unlawful purposes. Do not redistribute the application or its confidential outputs outside approved business channels.

4. Current functionality and responsibility for decisions

The current application reads connected QuickBooks Online and Autotask business data for analytics and reconciliation, and stores selected results. It does not create or modify accounting or PSA business records in those systems. Administrators can change local settings, manage access and connections, and authorize or revoke connections; these operations are distinct from business-record writes.

Results may be incomplete, stale, unavailable, or affected by source-system errors and matching assumptions. Verify material findings against the source records before making accounting, tax, payment, or other business decisions. QuickBot is not professional accounting, legal, or tax advice and is not a replacement for the source accounting system.

5. Third-party services and privacy

QuickBot depends on third-party services, including Microsoft identity and hosting services, Intuit QuickBooks Online, and Autotask when connected. Their availability, permissions, and applicable terms remain separate. QuickBot is operated by TWE, not Intuit; no Intuit endorsement or certification is implied. QuickBooks and other third-party names belong to their respective owners.

The QuickBot Privacy Policy explains information handling, including stored analytics and audit records. Disconnecting an integration does not automatically erase previously stored information.

6. Availability and limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, QuickBot is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or merchantability. To that same extent, TWE is not liable under this agreement for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of QuickBot. These limitations do not exclude liability or rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded, or override obligations in another binding agreement.

7. Suspension, termination, and changes

TWE may suspend or end access when authorization ends, for security or policy reasons, or when the application is withdrawn. You may stop using QuickBot at any time and ask your administrator to deactivate your access. Ending access does not erase retained records or end confidentiality obligations. TWE may update these terms as the application changes; the effective date on this page identifies the version. Material changes will be communicated to authorized users before they take effect.
